When I decided to start this project I asked my wife to get me the frame for Christmas, so I knew I wouldn't be able to start until I got said frame. I did order the fabric, prep it, and have it ready to go Christmas Eve. Because I had miss-measured I had to trim and re-stitch one of the sides. I estimate that my total time spent prepping the fabric was about 10 hours between cutting, stitching, cutting, re-stitching, and prepping the frame.
