A cross stitch pattern based on Vincent van Gogh's Les Alyscamps that is both exciting and challenging. As with many experiences in life, the more challenging the process, the more satisfying the outcome. Tackling a full coverage cross stitch pattern may be different than other cross stitch patterns that you have attempted. It may be different in respect to length, complexity, or style.
Les Alyscamps (or 'L'Allée des Alyscamps') is a pair of paintings ("pendants") by Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh. Painted in 1888 in Arles, France, it depicts autumnal scenes in the Alyscamps, an ancient Roman necropolis in Arles which is lined with poplars and stone sarcophagi.
